Well its been about a month, maybe 2 ( times going by really fast ) and ive turned my little scraps of what was left of my old BR into a nice sizable chunk.. so its time to move back to my safety zone of NL50.. i played nl25 for about 30-40K hands, it was a new experience for me because i wasnt just moving down to relax, i had to actually crank out some profits.. but the play has been easy, i havent gotten into my old bad ways 2 much i dont think..
I like how much faster ive been getting FTP's but my rakeback has pretty much been cut in half, and when i spend my FTPs then im going to lose even more rakeback.. so im kinda fucked either way..
I had some interesting shitty luck.. me and rush and zep were down in eugene this last weekend and we went to wendys, some douchey guy in front of us wouldnt hurry up and gtfo, then he asks the lady if they have a tip jar, she says no so he puts a dollar half way in the slot for the donation box.. now i REALLY didnt need or want the dollar, but when its just sticking half out like that it was just asking for me to grab it, so i did.. then i was going to put it back on the way out but i forgot.. so then i realized i was karma fucked.. the next day i went to put it back in another charity to get the bad luck off my back, but i had lost it.. so when i got home, my 24in monitor had died, i spent all day replacing the capacitors and that didnt fix it.. then when i was done fucking with that, my internet died.. all cuz of the bad fucking karma from that $1.. so i went to the bar, drank for a while then went straight to McDonalds and donated $5 to the Ronald McDonald house, got home, internet was on... every things been fine since..
in my personal life.. i went on a srs girl heater, i met like 3 girls at once, i decided to stick with one (because shes the obv best choice) and see where it goes.. so im kinda taking a break from playing the girl game.. i realized im a terrible wingman, and when im single i have a serious problem with pissing girls off.. mainly because i dont care about um and i think that tilts um.. but its been interesting and pretty fun
Ive been trying to kinda get the long term part of my life together, im metting with a software development team in middle of the month. Gonna go over some projects and ideas, and hoepfully get some decent money in my pocket.. ive been driving alot and i wanna new car, i really want a sicko flat black bimmer but they go outa style so quick that i think im gonna try and get a porsche (not flat black) Thats if something goes really well.. and id like to save up some money to go travel when the time is right.. i realized i havent been off this continent and even tho i severely hate flying, its something i need to do... also in the near future i gotta hit up vegas, the city is calling me.. i cant stop thinking about my 22nd birthday with peachy mez and doomer, we had such a fucking amazing time it was nuts.. id like to maybe try and get the crew together again for my 24th, or something.. its been 2 long since ive seen those guys.
I also have a dream of building a hideout in Portland.. Portland is about 1 hour from where i live, alot of my friends live up there and the girl im dating does too, when i was about 7 i was working with my parents in these art studios that were HUGE with huge celings and your not supposed to live in, but people do.. its in a grimey part of the town but really close to downtown.. its like the slums on batman kinda.. Anyways if i could get to nl100 im pretty sure i could easily afford one of the studios and with some serious techo geek power and lots of building materials it could be a pretty sick pad.. i just love the idea that its a workshop studio thing so u can be as loud as you want all night, i could put up skate ramps in there.. i could do what ever.. and id prolly have an excuse to buy a handgun (which ive always wanted but had no reason for). .anyways thats just a final pipe dream.
Ok i gotta get on the grind then off 2 Portland or something like that..

well to be honest i dont steal for alot of reasons, most of them revolve around not wanting someone to do it to me, or not wanting to hurt people in general. And yea i forgot those reasons for a second and my instincts of "take what you want" kicked in, and i had a dollar, but i look at it as i was investing for the charity and i got them a sweet return on investment .
and yea doomer that was a sweet birthday, i dont think ill ever top it.. and i gotta thank you guys all so much for making it possible. |

Portland is awesome, you can get a pretty nice flat for like $600 a month right in downtown, there's a lot of good food and the bar strip is pretty happening. It's real liberal and there's a lot of coffee shops and book stores (Powell's bookstore is one of the biggest in the nation I think?) and hippie girls and PSU is right up the hill. There's a few casinos in driving distance, too. Pretty awesome place, the public transportation is some of the best in the US and there's a lot of things to be done. If you know anything about chess it's a great place to play chess too, the town square has a spot where all these bums and businessmen play chess on their breaks and there's a coffee shop called coffee time where a couple of master-class players gather for blitz on certain days of the week.
Disregard that last part if you don't play chess lol. |
