I love it because there is so much deep play involved that you can run some sick bluffs if you have balls. Only disadvantage is running your KK into AA which I have done twice today and one of them for 200BB :/

Ummm, you just described why shortstacking is easy. That the people are unknowns doesn't make it any easier, that's the point of shortstacking, reads aren't really important.
