im pretty sure they must be able to do more?? how can they expect say nl5k+ players to deal with 3k deposit limit etc

yeah they can do more but u have to print out a paper and sign it and send a picture of it to them
i did it and have 30k or smth w/ neteller

better to do that then to let neteller rip u off w/ the 1,9% fee

sometimes they are kinda useless

i had a problem where every cashout they were sending a % chunk back to my neteller (cos that was how i initially deposited on stars), rather than where i wanted it to go (bank account) and i wrote asking them to stop doing it and they were like we cant its our cashout policy for fraud prevention (???), then after a couple of emails they u-turned and now my cashouts go only to where i want them to.

so basically just chase this shit up and they will sort something out

Same me for me, I asked to raise it to 15k and they did it with no problem after I faxed documents.

Transfering 30k over neteller is a 2% loss, thats still some cash u can save.

Yeah, person to person neteller transfer charges 1.8% of the amount transfered.
