Frustrating session.

Man today was kinda frustrating. Played about 600 hands and this one hand killed everything. Did I play it ok? I went from a 15 dollar profit session to -3... even though I ended 2 dollars up, it's still gay. lol. Poker

I'll post more stat pics and stuff, but I tightened up and played 11/8.5 today... so yeah. Trying to be less of a station, even if it makes me a nit.

Standard, but 3 bet the flop harder.....something like $7.50-$8

definitely dont 3 bet flop bigger, it was played well it seems if this player behaves this way.

I know , but I'm a newbie. I haven't even seen the long shaft of variance in it's raw form, let alone be raped by it! lol, but I assume I'll get there.

:/. Hopefully I can get better and run better in the future.
