I had some sickness in my insides where food wouldn't digest and my insides hurt all the time. Hardly ate anything for 5 days.
I've started eating again normally, but when I poo, it don't come out easy and sometimes there is some blood (I think it tears something).
What should I do to make taking a dump easier on my system.
