Just bumping up my last blog post, reason for doing so is i posted it late in the day and I wanted other ppl to read it at a different time, since i know were not all from the same time zone. If anyone has any questions please PM me and i will try to help.

I had some sickness in my insides where food wouldn't digest and my insides hurt all the time. Hardly ate anything for 5 days.

I've started eating again normally, but when I poo, it don't come out easy and sometimes there is some blood (I think it tears something).

What should I do to make taking a dump easier on my system.
