Coaching really helps, my game is improving, but I think this biggest part is that it helps me refocus and think about situations much better, because after grinding for hours I guess im losing focus and not playing my best, but a coaching session helps renew me.

Well considering you've been stuck at 10NL for what seems like years I would really hope for your sake and your sanity that you're not playing anywhere near your best  .
Keep it up though you're starting to get it now! |
