Hi everyone, had a pretty shitty session today, down about 5 buy is in the past 1000 hands so i stopped. I wasn't really even playing bad, just a lot of suckouts by the other players and ppl luck boxing. Here's a few, doesn't really matter to me but might as well tell ya what i was thinking.

http://www.liquidpoker.net/mytlnet/myhand.php?view=item&id=366027 - i was going to fold to a lot of cards on the turn, i didn't think he was going to bet a draw this strong on the turn, so i was only going to call once, i hit my K so the money was going in. Plus he bet so large on the turn, i knew %100 he didn't have a flush so by process of elimination he prob had some sort of set.

http://www.liquidpoker.net/mytlnet/myhand.php?view=item&id=366029 - this player was 60/35/8 over 85 hands, so he was lucky he picked up the hand he did. The reason why i went all in was i was trying to represent AK so he would of called me with almost any pair in my opinion 88-JJ if he had it.

Umm... Oh yeah, i also started taking a specific type of "medication" called Melatonin. You don't need a prescription for it. It helps increase total sleep time aspect of sleep quality in people suffering from sleep restriction or altered sleep schedule such as shift work or jet lag. Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep in people with delayed sleep phase syndrome and to reset the sleep-wake cycle of circadian rhythm. So all in all it means if you go to sleep around 4-5am, and you want to start going to sleep again at 10pm, and waking up at 8am or so, take this since it resets your circadian sleeping rhythm. I only took it for about a week or so and it works great. I've been falling asleep like a baby every day for the past week around 10pm and for the longest time i usually went to sleep around 4-5am. I highly recommend this, and its cheap too, around $10 for a 2-4 week supply. It is recommended to take it 1 hour before bed time and go to sleep around the same time every day. Hope this information help somebody out. Also Melatonin is naturally created and released by the body so it’s safer and works better long term since your body is familiar with it. Now that i'm falling asleep 10pm regularly i no longer take them.

My bro (talentedtom), d_zoo, Frinkx, and myth are in L.A. atm, so i wish them the best of luck in the casino's. I wish i would of went, but i have school at this time and i cant take a week off for that sort of trip.

Oh by the way, here's a video if my girlfriend when we went to Niagra Falls about a year or so and she got attacked by birds. I think it cute. Enjoy.
