power on 23 is betting on 23 itself, betting on 23/20, 23/24, 23/22, 23/26, and these 4,4 combos: 19,20,22,23; 20,21,23,24; 22, 23, 24, 26; 23,24,26,27
so when i hit 23 i got $10 on it and then $5 bets on every single one of those combos + odds, reds, the 2-1 on 23's column, and the 19-27 section which pays 2-1
theres no real strategy, u just gotta feel it.
