Wow, like wow. I haven't had a more terrible run than these past two days. It's extremely disguisting... At least when this is all over I'll start having a good run of cards, weeeee....

Another thing is that I notice some flaws in my game that I couldn't see before. Like pushing all in for no reason, which really is a spew.

I actually put him on AQ, but my reasoning was clouded with too much emotion (tilt, another losing session... etc). I should've have pushed on the flop, but folded on the turn. erk

As donvale said, why push. King high wouldn't even call me, plus he checked the river...

I'm not sure about this hand. I was looking over the hand history as I was playing this. I'd say the correct move was to repop him. He plays way too many hands and likes to bluff

Should I have pushed? I don't know comments please

So after reviewing these hands... damn I'm a donk lol. I have a lot to learn about this game. I tend to play with fear as well which doesn't help in my play.

10nl 6max is loose as fuck..=o

anton:

1. shove flop
2. i give up on the turn and c/c minbets or c/f to allins or larger bets
3. i would probably lead the turn, why open 3x in a shorthanded game with such a strong hand like KQ?
4. this is fine

if poker is dangerous to them i would rank sports betting as a Kodiak grizzly bear who smells blood after you just threw a javelin into his cub - RaiNKhAN

how does 10nl 6max stack up to FR

SKoT   United States. Mar 20 2007 22:44. Posts 1768

FR is easily beatable but a bit nitties. 6Max is full of retards that just beg to ship you their money. Ofc you have to play alot more agro

6-max 25NL is easier than 6max 10NL so far after my first session. Most tables of 6-max 10NL are annoying to play as a result of large amounts of shortstacks and players who have no concept of good poker. There are a few regulars, a few players who know what they are doing, and I'd say on every table about 2/6 players are complete gamblers and you will rarely know what they have. You just have to grit your teeth and play through it and develop a method of beating it.

That being said I've done it and it's pretty easy to maintain 5-10pt/BB once you know what you're doing at 10NL 6-max. The idea that everyone is a retard going in with 2-7o is very far off though. Players a dumb but dumb enough that they're unpredictable rather than dumb enough to be shipping you money all the time when you have AA/KK.

25NL so far is EZ so many nits and fullstacks, its paradise. People who actually know a little bit about poker and therefore fold equity is so much higher in many situations. I'm very pleased at the change.

1st one is pretty sketchy because if the guy has KQ i have only 9 outs....but on a board like that and since i had been quiet for a while, a play like that looks like AA or KK and with a Q24 board i can most likely expect that the 2 or 4 missed him and he had 1 pair and not a set...therefore if hes a good player, he can most likely fold Qx...however if he just calls on flop I might have to slow down and check because it already indicates that he is leanin on the side that he doesnt believe me and i have much less FE....
2nd one is standard
3rd one looks like a vbet on turn and although he calls flop hes a full stack, giving me odds to make him fold...ie short stacks are more likely to call cause they alraedy have a greater % of their stack in ...

The difference between 1st and 3rd is that if he calls a 3bet on flop then i have much less FE whereas if he calls 1 bet on flop i dont know how strong his hand is, and therefore his range is big enough that I have FE to bet again...(here he most likely had a ten)
