Goals for October were:

I played 27,3k hands, with profit of $133 (current bankroll:$260). Played little SnG just to see what it is with slight income.
My faith in my game went up a little, but at some point on my session I always get too result oriented, have to work on that in future.
Also +50k hands in a month is unreal, which is obvious to me now. I play mostly from thursday till sunday, so 50k hands divided by ~14days gives ~3,5k hands. Impossible for me, I can't stand more than 2k hands (I play 4 tables) without quality of my game dropping drastically.
Anyways pretty much good month - doubled my bankroll, didn't fallen from nl10 yet.
November goals are very similar to October ones:

[] +30k hands
[] less looking on cashier while playing

Very disappointed in myself wrt to these results and my hand volume. My only excuse is that I was 4-tabling 6max or 1-tabling HU most of the time, AND I was in Macau on vacation but still, at this point in my poker career there is nothing that can justify a BARELY 20k hand month for only 2k in profit.
Even MORE disappointing, and I even contemplated whether or not I should reveal this, is that I lost 13k flipping this month. Flipped many times anywhere between 100 to 1000 dollars and just lost an incredible amount of them. No excuses, I'm a stupid ass degen sure, but I should know better. The exact same shit happened to me a year and a half ago and what ensued from that was a 6 month breakeven period which drove me to busto. I should KNOW better, and yet I still let myself degen off soooo much fucking money. I'm a retard, plain and simple.
The only thing I can do is learn from it. No more stupid degen flipping for significant amounts of money from me ever again.
Sigh. 2nd negative month on the year. Really don't know if I can hit 100k on the year now... I'm at roughly 65 or 70k and so in the next 2 months I'd need 15k months lol. Well FTOPS!!!! is next month so hopefully 6 digit cash incoming??
Got back to poker this month after my "month long hiatus". I got about 3-4k worth of data unaccounted for since i played at friends comp where i won about 1kish, then the rest of the hands that were accounted for are here:
been really focusing on Quality > Quantity of hands lately and trying to squeeze a lot of marginal spots stealing blinds etc etc. If i was ever depressed or not in the mood for poker i didn't ever force myself this month to play.
October Summary: +2.1k profit +280 rb in about 12k hands or so.
Br: 6.2k (would be at 8k+ if i didnt tilt cashout last month alone; EXCLUDING previous months this yr) Gonna take a stab at 2/4 when I hit 8k (i know ima get berated by nits here).

gonna play 200k hands in 20days just to get back into the grind. been slacking alot last month coz i got so affected by 2buyin insta coolers every time i started a session. so now im moving down to 50nl and just gonna clear that 3k milestone and re eval after if i leave site or continue. gl me
I know this month is ending, and since I'm going home for the weekend, I won't be playing very much poker until I get my new laptop so this is going to be it for the month.
Overall ran pretty well this month, I ended up doing poorly for the first 20k hands after playing poorly at nl50, but switched to HU and now I'm a nl100 6m grinder. So far its been good.
I didn't achieve SN yet, got another 10k VPPs to go, but that will definitely come next month. I'm going to grind up nl100 until i get to around 8k or so in my BR and try some shots are nl200. But until then, I'm going to grind it out at 100 for a while. I feel like I'm finally going to move out of the nl50 trap that I've been in for so long... =)

So about a year ago I got scammed by wakeboarrder, threw all my toys out of the pram, and flounced off from LP. Well, obviously the draw of this place proved too much so I might as well recontinue the blog. A bit of time ago I found this on 2p2. If you look at the later pages you see wakeboarrder getting roundly humiliated. Oh the sweet fucking justice. The sheer schadenfreude.
I have spent the past year being an alcoholic, drug addled womaniser and hence have been stuck at 1/2 for all that time. Even though I have a winrate over 5BB/100, and won longterm at 2/4 when I was there. Before I blew most of my roll on other shit. I have spent this time playing the minimum hands each week to support my lifestyle, as there are other things I am aiming towards than poker or money, and as long as I have enough money for the basics I'm quite happy. In the last couple of weeks I have decided to push back to 2/4 and then dedicate a huge portion of my free time to laying myself a financial buffer for when my attention completely moves elsewhere, so this is to document how that goes.
Variance: It's hallowe'en yay! We are having a fucking huge rave on the forest and I'm going to take so much shit that I glow in the dark. Also the girl who I hope is in the bank says she is coming dressed as cauliflower cheese. What?

Very pleasing month, didn't put in the volume (a lot of HU) but did do some good smashing. Best month to date, which is pretty sweet seeing how this was at NL1.
Had a little downswing there for a little bit, but its on its way back up to being 5bb/100. hopefully soon I will have enough to play nl50 and have a big enough roll to not play thru the varience. Also not a bad month for SnG's and MTT's sharkscope shows me up about 1.3k for the month as well so about total of 1.5k in profits for the month.
Hope to put in about 30k hands next month and continute to crush nl25

Playing bad not sure where I'm going wrong tbh. My redline is 100x worse than usual I guess I'm giving up on pots a ton without realizing I shouldn't.. I felt like I was playing well through this session (the last 2k hands) and apparently I wasn't.
I guess I am not 100% following my thoughts when I play and a lot of people are disagreeing with my hands so.. guess I have to figure out how to fix it. Check my hand history for a couple of hands with a lot of posts/discussion if you're interested. Wouldn't mind more thoughts or deeper explanations.
It looks like I'm over valuing hands a ton and it looks to be a consistent theme for as long as I've played (I remember in nl25 people were telling me I was overvaluing 2pair and stuff) but I seem to be terrible at understanding why.. whenever I see value I go for it but apparently I'm seeing value where there isn't any too often....
I'm going to 4 table 1/2 and pray tomorrow and sunday (unless I lose 5more bi). Supposed to go party with my good friend who's in town tonight.. going now and hopefully my life outlook improves eh..
