I just turned 23 years old. Yay for me. All I can tell you is that I’m feeling more weak and tired every year. I still remember when I was 10-16 years old and i had a shit load of energy every day, those were the good old days. Anyways, I'm taking 3 summer courses so I have an easier workload when I get back to school, fewer classes that i have to take. Poker was been going real well. My brother still teaches me where I can improve my poker game and has been a tremendous help, so thanks Tom .
Been running at 5.9 BB/100 hands over 72,000 hands since April 1 to now May 20 at 200nl (6max). I'm probably going to stick to playing 200nl until the end of the summer and just keep learning new things and where I can improve. I'm also going to try my best to hit about 70-100K hands every month, and no exception. I can always find time to play, so one thing i found is playing 2-3 sessions within the day. About 2000 hands each if possible. After i finish a session, my brain usually feels a tad like shit, so my brother and I go for a run at the gym for about 45 min on the elliptical machine, and i don't mean a crazy run, just enough so that your heart rate is about 115-125 bpm. Tom runs at 170+ bpm but then again, hes nuts, and he doesn't even sweat. He has the heart of a bull. I feel amazing after a run/ fas walk, so we did that every day last week. I feel like a new man after that. And then an hour or so I play another poker session. Also if my muscles are getting sore, i have my gf to give me a back rub.

At the moment I also have a 2 20' inch Samsung monitor setup, but I 9 table only on 1 screen and I don't really use the other monitor when I’m playing poker. It’s just easier to for me to play closer attention to everything when everything is on one screen rather than 2. I was thinking about getting the Samsung's 30' LCD Monitor: 305T, and playing all my tables on that one since the resolution is sick on it. It costs about $1100-1200 in Canada and seems like a good investment. I had a question; I do sit about maybe about 2 feet away from the monitor screen, so I’m not sure if I would be able to see everything on a 30 inch monitor from that distance.

I haven't been playing poker this past week and been studying my ass off for one of my nursing courses which is Pathology (tough course). Please wish me good luck because I need to pass this course or I can't move on to the next year in my program. My exam starts at 7pm tommorow. So now its time to study for exams, boo!! I'm almost done with the nursing year, just 2 more weeks and then exams. My month was so so in February, so we shall hope April comes with better outcomes. Got a new stars avatar which i'm proud of, so no more of the Marylin Manson one for a while.
Going indoor rock climbing next Monday with my gf, i'll try to get some pics and vids while i'm doing it. Should be fun. Has anyone ever gone or have any advice for a novice rock climber? Happy April fools day everyone by the way
Happy late Easter everyone! Poker has been going my way these days 2 weeks, and I still want to thank Tom because he comes to my room while i play and helps me out a lot. Umm... oh yeah, I have a presentation tomorrow on Elderly Sexuality so wish me luck, I’ll post my presentation tomorrow since its a lot of interesting stuff you guys might want to hear about. Hi, these will be the last time I post any stats for the month. I just don’t find the relevance in posting how well/bad I do each month. It doesn't make me a better poker player by any means, if anything it’s just to brag so this will be my last results stats post. I didn't play many hands this month as you can see because I was studying for tests and focusing on school, but i still tried my best to play as many hands as possible while my mind was focused ( no point playing when your tired = bad decisions ). I also plan to move back to 200NL in Mid March, and my brothers been teaching me so much over the past couple of months, so I would like to thank him for that since hes trully an amazing player. So a million thanks to Tom, if you read this. From now on I’m going to focus on hands and decisions that were difficult or that I had trouble with and post those instead of stats. Sorry guys.
I'm going to help one of my good friends move tomorrow to his new house, and going to watch the UFC fight later that night, getting some people over. Who do you think will win?

Haven't updated this blog for a while. I seem to be in the habbit of updating it once a month which i don't think its a good thing to do, so i'm going to try to post once a week. So were do I begin, oh yeah, i didn't have the nicest January when it came to my win rate, and i ran below my win rate but who the heck doesn't somethimes. This month started off pretty sweet so far, so i hope it keeps up. Ummm... I'm a little pissed because my main hard drive on my computer completely fucked up, meaning all my pokertracker dabatases and my stars notes of players are all gone Man do i hate when that happen, so i had to install a fresh windows on my other hard drive. I had a lot of important files on that hard drive, and now it wont even boot, its completely fried. Oh well, thats technology for ya.
I did ok on my exams and got some tests coming up with i want to do well in so studying for those. TO tell you the truth, i'm starting to love nursing, because its just so darn interesting. My plan was to move back to 200nl on Feb1 but plans change and i'll stick to 100nl for a bit longer since i don't have that much time to play these days.
Valantines day is coming up. Guys, don't want for special occasions to tell your lady you love them and care about them. Valentines day is such a corporate holiday that just wants to spend money. Open doors for them and and pull out their seet so they can sit down when your eating dinner, give them hugs and kisses year around and make them feel special every time you see them. All the little things add up and go a long way. Give your lady the respect and love she deserves. Don't take them for granted. Being a dick year around, and getting them something nice on Valentines day isn't going to cut it. Anywho, those are my 2 cents.
I would also like to thank my brother for all his help and suggestions towards my game. That knows his poker and he knows it very very well. So thanks again.
