Well as said i had a pretty long break from MMA due to university and poker ...
Nowadays everybody at our Training beats the living shit outta me
But i will work hard and eventually get back into shape soon.
I want to be in TOP shape and realease a Tornado of Destruction uppon my buddy Royal_Rumble when we fight again <3
Also seems like ATTACCA whos from Germany, doesnt live too far from us and furthermore is interested in MMA.
So maybe he could join our training sessions
I think it will probably need some time till i can fight again though
would be great to know more people from Liquidpoker in Real Life

Overall August i am ~ 1K profits now allready.
This + 189$ in RB and Bonus = 1013$ profits in August
I think one of the big improvements i made in the last months as a poker player is that i hardly tilt anymore.
This has enabled me to make lots of nice comebacks lately

Today was the first day since a long time where i run good !
Poker is a completely different game when u run good >_<
When u run bad and get coolerd and bad beatet like 2-3 times every 100 hands poker feels like hard work.
When u run as good as i did today then poker feels like eazy ship sick life !
Overall + 411 $ last 2 days in ~ 3,6K hands ( Including rakeback)
feels incredibly good to have easy sessions again

They were involved in some protest action vs Nazi guys in Germany
He beat the 13 year old girl on the head with a bottle and her brother with a spade ....
He could have very well killed them.
Girl was in serious danger for her life after the attack.

As most of u knew i cashed out a lot last month and i am playing NL50 again now.
My goal is to finally manage to get myself together and put in a decent amount of hands ...
July i had only put in 14K hands >-< and made 940$ profit ....
Now my goal for august is to seriously grind out the shit of Nl50 and build my roll back to Nl100
I am still running like shit overall since middle of July
but i still make some profits which is nice
bought a new headset today

Just searched for someone with a "big" stack , sat down and took his money.
to be honest i wasnt playing particularly good
since i come from MMA training straight and then decided to do this video.
I would say i played kinda medicore + run good.
Also really misplayed the K9 hand where he had AQ
But maybe its fun for some micro stake players and will get them some general idea of basic message in HU.
Analyze his playstyle and find the weakness of villian.
Also funny site note: the rake was pretty brutal
like close to 20% !!!
So best advide is to not play HU lower than NL100 !
unfortunately i kinda fucked up the recording ...
so its 181mb big + appereantly audio seems to be off a few seconds from time to time... ( so dont wonder when i talk about how i raise hands that u cant see yet at the end of the video )

For July
pretty sick month for me pokerwise
I played NL50 and made +700$profits then established myself at NL100 where i took +2,4K profits then took shots at Nl200 ...then hit a big downswing -> cashed out and now i am back to Nl50
Overall i won close to 1K $
not bad but also not good considerung i was up more than 3K at the middle of the month.
If u go all in perflop every hand and lose 20 buy ins in 10K hands ure on a brutal downswing ? ( cause -20BI in 10K hands is a lot)
If u play 40K hands owning everybody and ure still breakeven cause u get endless coolers and setups its not a downswing cause ure breakeven ?
