Its not that simple... They may very well do that but its still not that simple. He may win his case as well and could very well balance out somewhat. The whole thing just smells bad though. The cards destroyed, the casino agreeing to play that many times to his terms. Either the casino isnt very smart or somethin was going on.

I mean would you not be suspicious if someone came to your casino asking for a special high stakes table but requires you to use these specific cards, ones that your casino does not use???
