So to be clear I should 3-bet this flop every time?

And if I flat flop 3-bet turn?

I didn't lead this because he was the original raiser and had barely raised a hand at the table. Especially with stronger than usual PF raise. I think I should have 3-bet flop. I didn't want to 3-bet PF OOP with just QQ with what I knew about villain. Otherwise I agree with the advice. I also think players at this stake a pretty transparent with their hands. If I 3-bet flop he's going to raise/coldcall with AA/KK and fold everything else. I get the most information and take the least risk. I also steal an extra bet (the c-bet he fires here with AK from position).

My PF play is read dependent and I'm pretty comfortable with it. Post-Flop is where I clearly made a huge mistake. Anything less then a 3-bet on this flop is horrendus I think.

the reason you're losing money is probably cause you have too much respect for the players on 10 nl. As I can sort of tell from the story

Look at his hand and equities, what do you expect him to have here, uno cards? - TianYuanLast edit: 14/01/2007 18:23

3bet preflop, you don't want to play like this, period. You're out of position and you don't want to be playing against two players, just one. This is 6max, be more aggressive. Players don't "fold everything but AA and KK", that'd be a dream land, and you could 3bet every time vs a PF raise and make lots of money like that if they folded everything but premiums.

By not 3betting preflop with your Queens, you make a mistake by not getting money in with the better hand preflop, and allow yourself to make more mistakes postflop (if an A or K falls on the flop, you may fold to his c-bet when he has Jacks, AJ, AQ), if he checks behind and doesn't continuation bet, you've allowed him to see a free card.

You played this horrendously, c/ced when ahead, bet when behind, raise him on the flop as played.

Btw, you are raising on the flop, not 3betting, 3bet is when you bet, he raises, you 3bet. And no, raise preflop.
