i'll give it my best shot, hopefully my advice is good.
1) i think i play it the same. i don't get why you'd ever fold turn. river shove seems fine.
2) looks okay, i might even look him up some % of the time, his line seems pretty polarized and i always see donks decide to lead at a flop with air and decide they MUST WIN THE POT regardless of how you respond. have you seen him showdown his hand in other pots where he donked the flop? that will pretty much tell you exactly how to play this.
3) agreed about c/f flop. something i need to do a little more often oop on boards like this. just make sure you're c/c and c/r occasionally with some range of hands as well vs competent villains.
4) if you're going to check turn, it should probably be to c/r a good % of the time. you're going to be valuetowning yourself from time to time but he should have draws/air/smaller pairs most of the time.
5) i probably take the same line but i'd like to hear some better options. a 14/13 3betting you from utg+1 is going to have aa/kk a ton here and if you're seen him flat with AK preflop against ep raisers i dunno how profitable its going to be. your vpip/pfr is similar to mine, tho, and i always use them as my excuse to stack off here. like i said, i'd really like to hear other options.
6) looks standard, try to hold next time.
7) same as 6
