ZOMG SHIP LOL

Ok, so you guys are probably wondering why I'm even going to Las Vegas at this time of the year! Well my sister is taking part in the World Hip Hop Dance Championship 2008, so since I like to play poker somewhat I thought it would be cool to go along with her and bring my gf with me as well! soooooooo I'm leaving tomorow morning at 6:15 AM(east time).... I'll be landing in Las Vegas at 11 AM there.. pacific time? oh well like GMT -8 or something.... either way I can't wait!

The bad part is since everyone from the hiphop dance crew of my sister were all non-ballers, they're staying in the cheapest Hotel over there called "CircusCircus" and well I have a room booked there =(

Anyway if any of you are in vegas during this time (July 25th to August 5th) just msg me! We could meet up at some point

oh and since I'm making a blog post, might as well talk about my poker, I haven't played much at all during July, been in Old Orchard Beach, Moved in my new appartment with my gf, been kinda busy, but I'm still up a bit over 30 000$ so It's all good! Hope to meet at least... 1 of you in vegas! cya =D!

So may has been pretty shitty, I failed taking shots at 25/50 and 50/100, notably AA vs KK Heads up on 50/100 and losing.... i was kind of angry then again i managed to build back up on 5/10, I still end up ~30k for the month.

I'll probably play 5/10 more than anything next month so i can pull a 50k+ month and I'll play the fishes at 10/20 as well. No graphs cuz well im on my laptop and i forgot a lot to open the program needed to record hands, so tons of hands missing anyway

I also have to admit i got really lazy and didn't play nearly as much as I used to... I'm definitely gonna put some more effort next month. Gonna visit loco for a few days, shud motivate us for long sessions!

Well I changed my mind about the car after all... I didn't get a Subaru STi. I went to shop for a car today with my dad and my gf, I tried different cars, notably a BMW 325i, an Infinity G35 and an Acura TSX, after I've put some thought into it, I decided to go for the Acura, the BMW wasn't as great as I thought, and I liked the Acura design a bit better than the G35, G35 is still a great car though! I have no pictures yet cuz I'm getting the car tomorow, they're going to clean it up and stuff so It's all super shiny when I get it I can't wait!! gonna post pics soon.
so a red Acura TSX 2004, 74 000km, really sick car compared to the trash I'm driving right now, and it costs a grand total of 22 188$. I'm really happy with that purchase!

As for April, I've been struggling the past 3 days or so playing vs all regulars of 10/20 but I'm still doing fairly well imo considering I'm not used to it, I hope I'll be able to keep the same pace so I can play with the cool kids ie: Eric Liu & them other pros..... I'm also up a whoopin 6000$ on fulltilt playin 2/4 HU there...

So I played this massive tournament on pacific, the whole tournament is online and the final table is held in Spain, 8 players, televised. 1st wins 1million, I obviously busted like the newbie I am, I'm guessing it's a spot you can't get away from right? wake up with AdQd mid pos, folded to me, I raise 999 (blind 200/400, my stack is 9600) button reraise to like 2200, blinds folds, I shove, button calls and flips over KK, nothing to do here right ? (feedback from tournament players would be appreciated!)

Oh well better luck next time, I'm now railing my friend wakeX, hoping he makes it far!

Apart from that, I'm having a hot month! Starting to play 10/20 more now, hoping to stay there and not ever have to move back down (unless there's no action there)



As for my car, my cashout has been processed but the money ain't in my bank account yet, so I'm still waiting, prob going to get it by next week and I can go shop for a baller car! Way to go from a 1993 Toyota Tercel :D

Oh well today was pretty gay, i ran like absolute garbage on pacific, setup after setup, shit tons of suck outs, missed bluffs, that was just wrong, I ended down 10k or so..... and then decided to play some 2/4 HU on FTP....
Fortunately I had good results, I made a grand total of 11 000$, which would be 27.5 buy ins lol!

weeeee, I tilted quite a bit at the beginning, prob donked off 3 buy ins, It's all on 5/10 except 65 hands on 10/20 where I won 1.2k....

I'm very close to my goal before i buy a new car, only 2.5k left to win! :D
