David Attenborough is the fucking nuts thread.

The natural world is the craziest fucking place ever.

Lets get some crazy animals / parasites / fish / mammals / etc up in this thread.

Ill start with one of my favourite and move moving features about the Blue Whale. I love that we can know so little about such a gigantic creature. It really blows my mind when i think about how little we know about the ocean.

Everyone should own Planet Earth on Blu-ray at least. I like the shots showing scale, couldn't find the white birds (forget what they were) flying along.

BBC Earth is amazing, and indeed David Attenborough is almost hypnotizing with his voice, great documentary all together. Some clips from the first two Episodes that I could remember:







In the last one, starting at around 0.20-0.30 a white shark pops up. It seriously scared me a little - 720 resolution / fullscreen is advised =)

I wish I could be more helpful but just google them. I've seen pretty much every series that has been shown here in Australia (ABC channel) over the last 20 years or so and they have all been good. I tried to find some titles for you ie/ the private life of plants and the birds of paradise one but I think they are in the Life series? Not sure what episodes I have seen go with what titles.
