First thoughts:
• Gaethje > Newell (I'll be betting Newell if his line is +200 or better.)
• Fitch > Hallman
• Cavalcante > Guillard (Hopefully Guillard's bigger name will make him the favorite at the bookies.)
• Bollinger > Alfonso
• Palomino > O'Brien
• Gracie vs. Mundell (dunno, 99.9% sure Gracie will win though.)
• Heun > Miree
----------
There's actually some good match-ups on this card and, the best part is, it's on the NBC television channel and will start and finish before UFC 175 starts.

Gaethje is a monster, his highlights are insane. Newell obviously is an amazing story and he is a good fighter, but I think he get's squashed pretty bad here.
This is a pretty good event, Rooting for Palomino and Newell. I think I am not betting here.

155 lbs.: Justin Gaethje (154.8) vs. Nick Newell (155)
170 lbs.: Jon Fitch (183) vs. Dennis Hallman (181.2)
155 lbs.: Melvin Guillard (157.2***) vs. Gesias Cavalcante (155.6)
135 lbs.: Pablo Alfonso (136) vs. Cody Bollinger* (138.4)
Online "Prelims" (2 p.m. ET)
175 lbs.: Jose Caceres (173.6) vs. Roner Taytay (174.8)
205 lbs.: Muhammed Dereese (206.2) vs. Rashaun Spencer (200.8)
175 lbs.: Neiman Gracie (176) vs. Dustin Holyko (175.8)
205 lbs.: Jake Heun (205) vs. Kendrick Miree (204.8)
* Bollinger didn't weigh in.
** Guillard has two hours to make weight. Guillard never loses fights in July, so this should be interesting. I'm betting against him.
*** Melvin's final weight after a second attempt: 157.2 (first attempt was 159.4). Melvin via Twitter: "It was the time difference that messed up my weight cut. I'll be ready tomorrow guys, trust that."

I wanted to see Palomino knock someone out via spinning back kick...

Update on the weigh-ins
* Bollinger didn't weigh in on stage. His final weight was 138.4 pounds.

This is what I posted on Sherdog:
Gaethje should dominate here, but I have a feeling something weird is gonna go down. I'm not sold on the WSOF finally getting to put a show on NBC's main television channel, then showing a one-armed fighter in Nick Newell get his ass kicked in the main event.
I have 1 unit on Newell at +353.

i don't get how Justin is only -400. From my understanding he is a very legit prospect. I mean only having one arm is a massive, MASSIVE disadvantage.
I get newell is 11-0, but only one of his fighters has a wikipedia page.
I doubt anything shady will go on. They'd have to pay Justin a bunch of money to throw the fight, because of all the huge future earning loses he'd have. He's a top prospect that will be going to the UFC soon, and a loss to newell would hurt his earnings big time.

Gaethje's style is very very aggressive. He doesn't stop coming at you during the entirety of Round 1, which plays into Newell's style. Newell does best when people get close to him so he can clinch with you and lock something up.
Gaethje SHOULD win here, but I don't mind putting a bet on Newell at +353, just in case it goes past 3 rounds where Newell will be fresher, or if Newell snags a submission at some point. Gaethje is most dangerous in the 1st and 2nd round.

Well you've actually seen either fight so I will go with your opinion. I just have a really hard time seeing a guy with one arm win against a high level LW.
I wonder what the backlash will be if Justin beats the fuck out of him. It's obviously Newells right to go in there and get his ass whipped, and I'm fine with it. But I'm sure the shitheads in the media will make a big deal about it in regards to MMA.

Yeah, just the main event left.
Too bad Fitch has no power in his GnP... Anyone else would have finished this via strikes if they had 14 of 15 minutes on top of Hallman and hit him as much as Fitch did.

Wow Newell is impressing the shit out of me. His striking looked great for the first 2-3 minutes. Also his chin is amazing. Justin has hit him with some crazy bombs.
Newell looks pretty gassed/beat up at this point though. Probably shouldnt be much longer.
Way more competitive than I thought.
