I've seen SC2 and HoN names being thrown around before, and I figure there are a lot of people who play League of Legends. I'll keep an updated list of people on the first post here. It would really help me if you could post in this format so I can just copy paste-

HON is better than this game.

Pshhhh no way lol. IMO League is more balanced, has more flavor, and constant meta-shifts with the patch changes. Also much bigger player base.

From what I know of LoL is that you get unlimited town portals and you don't have to worry about denying creeps. Just this alone makes the game newb status.

You can deny using other methods... this unlimited portal only takes u back to base, 10sec casting time, interruptable.

I played dota since v3.xx, played HoN for about an year and i believe LoL to be an evolution to the dota-like games, not a coincidence its the game ppl choose to the big tournaments like wcg, eswc and all others.

Some people just cant adapt, but the game is good if you really try to enjoy it and not just go 'omg, its not dota like hon, this sucks'

I played over 1k LoL games (lvl 30 and played 100+ ranked) and I can very safely say that Hon is vastly superior to LoL for multiple reasons that I can elaborate in the future if the endless debate rages on here too...

I'm only going to say that after 1k games i only unlocked 6-7 champs, and I dont have close to every rune needed to play any type of champs, not mentionning that you need to buy rune pages which is plain retarded. Variety is so bad in lol and clearly discouraged.

lol what...what did you spend your IP on?

also, there are a TON of champs that are 450 IP and 1350 IP, and you get 220~ IP for every first win of the day, lol.

no idea what you are doing with ur IP, i think i got 1.5k games(normals and ranked) and i got every set of runes i need, 5 pages of runes and 50 champs(on my old acc, that i stoped playing at the end of S1)

I have spent 0 dollars total on this game and I've got all but 14 champs, 9 runepages, and pretty much every useful runeset except flat cdr (for some reason I bought scaling when I was new and never replaced them cuz who the hell needs cdr runes anymore).

I guess I have been playing this game seriously for three years, though.

Your TL guide got me hooked on Cho offsuit, now my main by a heavy margin.

how many people play lol? Hon has 60k online now, since the game became free a few months ago 3x more ppl play.
