Vics the main place, new one starting to get busy in soho (fox something) but the vics the place to be (Although pretty bad rake there compared to up north from what I remember)
If you're here for the end of august, the goliath is a major £100 FO expecting over 1.5k runners In coventry.
£1.1k GUKPT at luton on the 14th as well. (with smaller side events) |

The Empire at Leicester Square is an alternative and apparently has the softest lowstakes (£1/2) but is crowded inside. But it is in a baller and vnice location.
The International (used to be called the gutshot) is a good place to check out if you're going to be towards north london.
But yeah the Vic's the main one. |

Agree on the vic although I play in the fox (central in soho) a lot and I really like the place. It has windows for some broad daylight which is quite unusual for a poker room, the dealers are friendly and because it's on the edge of chinatown it has cashgames with a lot of 'gambol'. The downside is the stakes for cash don't really get higher than £1/2 ever |
