This is basically my main hurdle right now in being able to play online poker again.
Is it possible to get a bank account in canada without actually going there. (open it online or whatever)
If i need to go to canada can i simply enter the country and go to a bank?
or
Do i need to have some sort of residency proof?
if i need residency proof
how can i go about getting a visa etc?

To change country of residence on PokerStars you need a recent ( last 3 months ) utility bill with ur name on it. |

you should be quite careful of Playing in the US but cashing out to Canadian banks then back into your US accounts.
That's what the major sites were doing and got fucked for it. Money laundering it was called.
Don't take my word for it. Def read up on it. talk to your CPA etc etc. Can never be too careful.
