Download Pandora

I just found out about his software last night and ive been running it over night and today and i gotta say its pretty awesome, so i decided to let you guys know about it.

Its called Pandora Saver2 and it basically lets you pick a pandora radio station, then it opens up multiple streams to pandora, and rapidly downloads the songs from that station onto your computer, tagging them with the song title and album info and even album art. And it creates a playlist file for all the songs from each station.

Ive ran into only one problem with the program, it times out after a while and cant get a stream, i just hit the play button on the stand alone player again and it starts back up. There is a turbo mode and a non turbo mode, i have had better results not using the turbo mode because my internet isnt super fast and i think that causes problems.

To install just go to the DL page and click the first link thats bright green called "installer download"

I chose to use the stand alone version, so it just does its own thing, i didnt change any of the settings except for the location where it stores the music.

You do need .NET framework installed im pretty sure. I think this is able to work with people outside the US aswell but im not 100% sure, you might have to mess with a few proxy settings.

This is a really cool program so i wanted to share it, but i dont wanna become tech support for it, its pretty simple and if you play around with it for 10mins youll know as much as i do about it, so just figure out problems on your own plz, no pms about probs.

Doesn't look like it gets around the not in the US thing for Pandora. I use grooveshark so I tried to set it up for scraping that and couldn't get it to work, did everything listed on the help site but it seems like the browser Chrome or IE refused to use the sproxy settings. Ah well.

ahh thats 2 bad, i dont think it has a stand alone for groveshark or anything like that, but the guys started developing all this stuff to work with firefox first so maybe try setting it up for grooveshark and firefox.

Very cool indeed, thx for the info. Shockingly I was never a pandora user until recently. I bought an iPhone and started using it there for to stream music in my car, and am really impressed with its track selection. Would love to be able to save them on my pc.

Just pay 10 bucks and get pandora one.

nah man its not about the money for pandora, its being able to save the tracks to my phone/mp3 player.. like i have an iphone and i have the pandora app on there, but i dont always have 3G network speed where im at so it loads slow and the song quality is junk on the mobile, so with being able to DL all sorts of stuff automatically and throw um on my phone, plus unlimited skips and shit like that.

fucking philippines doesnt allow pandora (blocked for some fucking. bs). i missed that when i was in vegas.

WOW this is really fucking amazing, it lets you mass download a ton of songs that you like, while listening to them

If you're outside of the US you can just get a VPN client that makes your ip look like you're in the US. I use witopia since i'm in china, but you gotta pay like $60 for 6 months.
Otherwise try out hotspotshield. It's blocked here but it should work for ppl who aren't in china.
