Im currently on my worst downswing, extremely frustrating.
Just curious what your worst downswing was, how you dealt with it, and what you learned from it. |

i'm not usually affected by bad beats but lately they're annoying the hell out of me.

150k hand downswing. started off with bad beats / coolers after a big heater, so it was such a sudden reversal that it was tilting. Tilted for a bit then broke even forever after getting my shit together.
Learned to be more patient and drop down limits sooner. Also that you gotta keep balance in your life so that if you hit a downswing you don't feel like committing suicide. If you have a balanced life a downswing is just 1 area of your life, while friends/family/other work/hobbies keep you happy despite the shitty poker time. |
