this is trained behaviour and they guy just has lots of experience with violence. ( i guess he probably has some boxing experience judging from how accurate he hit the other guy in the face while using his body to give the punch more power)
Its just like when i get hit by a strong punch and fall to the ground while my enemy follows up with strikes i instantly pull guard 100% of the time ( cause ive been trained to do this 3-5 times a week for several years now) However If u hit a rnd person with a strong punch and he goes to the ground he will crouch to foetus position 99% of the time cause instinct tells him to protect his head and stomach with his limbs
