They did ross dirty, he was chilling in SF not far from me. The feds set him up in some "murder for hire" entrapment in order to take him down since they would have difficulty getting him on the tech stuff alone. Is this still the case?

I wouldn't help because I have a good heart and want to show it. Id help because this court case is the first of it's kind, dealing with crypto currencies as money laundering which will set a legal precedent for similar cases in the future. I think it's important for the future of the Internet. I really believe what we are experiencing and how the internet has been at its infancy will all be diluted and controlled and unrecognizable in the next fifty years.

At least when I'm old I can say I tried. That would be my reason if I decided to help.. While I'm not sure if I should have shared this in public,, I did it to help raise awareness . As far as I know, he's broke. The feds got all the bitcoins. His family had to raise $$$ for legal fees. He never sold drugs/guns/hitmen. He just provided the marketplace. which, according ot the govt, is a drug kingpin.

For the record , i have never bought a bitcoin or made a transaction on the dark Web, I just sympathize with the cause.

Ross provided a valuable service to our society if anything. Kept people from having to deal face to face with violent criminals when buying drugs for personal use (thats mostly what the site was; just a retail drug market where people could have really overpriced drugs mailed to their house. The other stuff with hits and guns was pretty overblown. I've never personally used or bought a thing from any SR or similar site).
