WCGRider for sure made a quick career - just few years ago he was grinding lowstakes, putting in massive amount of hands just to make money from bonuses. Fast forward few years and he's a regular player in one of the biggest games available, and last week he became the biggest winner worldwide for past 7 days on the cash tables. Douglas "WCGRider" Polk managed to win $604,865, which is over double of what second player made, and that gave him unquestionable lead at our weekly High Stakes Report. Most of the money cames from Denokings pockets after a $736.6k Heads-up beating at the $200/$400 tables.

Player "w00ki3z." also know better as Daniel "jungleman12" Cates placed at the second position, making $240,109. Cates managed to play a huge number of hands, 8029, despite his mind being taken off focus due to his problems with Tom "durrrr" Dwan and his debt.
Isaac "luvtheWNBA" Haxton is another well known name on the ranking, and he takes the last place on the pedestal, earning a bronze medal for his third place finish, worth $159,803. He is followed by SamRostan, who played 8140 hands and won $150,068. Final five is being topped up by HeadShotFyoV, who earned $124,360. bbvisbadforme, Faith#1Virtu, bixiu, DaLung and gunning4you fill up the rest of the list.

And a big name opens the losers ladder as well: Viktor "Isildur1" Blom played 65 sessions (7827 hands), but his results are far from what he expected: he finished $252,296 under the line. AthaCliath is our second player on the list, and the last one with a meaningful score - he lost $156,237 in just 344 hands.
The rest of the list is not-important at all, as all of the players lost less then $10,000. It looks like more and more players (especially losing ones) are deciding to opt out of their High Stakes results being tracked and available to public.

It seems to be not very profitable in the long run to play those kind of hands. - Gus Hansen
