Why flame, I think you played it fine! Push the turn maybe?

edit: A smaller raise on turn followed by a push maybe

haha

I was thinking or re-raise after Turn, but i decided to call, and go all in after because i thopught that if i pushed him there, he would suspect and fold, but HE pushed me all in after the river, easy call, cause i was already thinking of going all in at that point

The move itself is good. It's 100% obvious he does not have the flush draw, and in 4/5 of the cases heart doesn't hit and it seems like he will frontpush the river because you flat called the turn. You're trapping him just in case this player would be good enough to fold to your push on the turn. HOWEVER:

You could probably throw in all your money on turn too and get the same result, which is always better at the lower limits. Not using your mind just blindly playing your hands should get you through those limits quite easily. Often enough people overtry to read the fish there, and even though the reads make sense, they're still wrong because of the cluelessness of their opponents. The thought process behind flat calling on the turn on itself is fine, pretty good actually, but I still prefer if you push the turn. Play 10/20 and it's good, play .10/.25 and it's not.
