its really hard without some kind of read. It's a fold if you think he is a braindead robot and is just playing faceup. He is repping 9Ts and you don't have any kinda odds to draw. but on the other hand 9Ts is extremely unlikely because you have almost all the 9s, and he's have to be a spaz to rasie an unsited 9T combo from UTG. JTs would probably have bet the flop. AT, KTs is possible if he is fishy. It's unlikely to be a flush the way it is played
summary: lack of reads is your biggest leak.

false! there are only about 200 players in the pool at NZ time, review hands and take notes on player, plus PT4 hud = reads everywhere
