You are a favorite vs any draw, like 55-65%~. You have direct odds to call vs T8 double suited/ spades and clubs, around 32%. Against JJ you only have about 22%.

It seems like a call to me, but I'm a PLO fish.

PLO fish here too but I doubt bare JJ would raise here, so if he has JJ he probably has spades with it or maaybe clubs but we have the nut draw of that so that becomes less likely. Means his JJ range is pretty small.
