obviously villain would probably play this hand same way even if no ace hits flop. he's retarded.

if by standard you meant vilain's line is terribad then you're right.

idonklife   Sweden. Jul 05 2012 23:49. Posts 182

don't understand your questionmarks, trax. this isn't standard. just bad. and we should be pretty happy about it even though it turned out to be bad in this pot.

i like villians play

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

Actually he played his hand pretty good...

Odds are exactly 50%: it either happens or not

idonklife   Sweden. Jul 06 2012 06:52. Posts 182

can't see how this play is good as it feels villain is gonna be stacking off like this on every type of board. you could say he flats pf because he believes he can own hero post flop (which he did this time - because a nine came on turn). but i honestly think it's because he's a retard.

Bo vs SB, position, history, etc ... Good to mix it up sometimes if you grind all day long with regs

Odds are exactly 50%: it either happens or not

lol why do you assume he is a retard? do you expect the board to always come out this way? Or that hero will be hitting a set always?
flatting preflop is standard, idk what your problem is

new shit has come to light... a-and... shit! man...Last edit: 06/07/2012 07:53

leb: flatting preflop with aces in sb is standard? why?

HeRoS)eNGagE   Canada. Jul 06 2012 10:40. Posts 10896

ofc its not standard but it doesnt mean its bad -.-
thinking that u must 3 bet AA every fking time i bad and stupid thinking T.T

waga   United Kingdom. Jul 06 2012 11:20. Posts 2375

hero pfr : 16
player6 3bet : 6
player 3 3bet : 7

there is no good reasons to not 3bet in a spot where reg are ultra parano and play AA OOP.
it is bad in this spot.

edit : I add vilain's 3bet too , but the main stat to justify a flat here would be bb'z 3bet imo (and squeeze)
