Hey, I have a small subtle thing. I like making my default utg to x4, making it 8. The reason behind this is to put a little more money in when we're oop, and when I make it 8, it looks a lot more high broadway, so if a regular calls, and the flop comes high, I feel it's easier to represent the high card.
I prefer 8utg, 6 mp and co, 5 on the btn (whem im on a site its easy to make it 5, if not I just go with 6. But in theory that sounds about right.
On the flop, with 2 callers, I like to c/f here, if we bet, an Ace isn't going to fold, and we're oop, just seem like a spot we can get in trouble.
