only if he bets $4 with weak hands like 9x because hes a donk thats accidentally trying to get thin value.
Fwiw if you are going to call a $4 bet I'd rather just bet 4 myself |

i put villain would call the flop with 78, 9x , some gutter , random 6x 4x sometimes
and the turn i still thought i am ahead most of the time so i 2-barral here
and his range narrow down , mostly i think its draw , one combo J9 he should raise the turn
if he didnt not raise the turn , only one value range Q9 he could have and i had the blocker so i snap
i thought on the river his range between missdraw and weak 9 , not sure about i should lead river or chk/call , but my reason chk/call i wanna he turn missdraw into bluff

i think a missed draw would bet more than $4 imo. the c/c is "ok" but when he bets $4 I stop thinking "oh I'm snapping off a missed draw" but moreso "ugh I hope he's not valuetowning me and hope he has a 9" |

river is a fold, you only beat a bluff and theres no hands in this guys range he's turning into a bluff unless he floated you twice. He's also not value betting worse here. |
