i like bet/fold turn then check back riv vs most loose passives//passives in general
fish still call worse flushes on the turn AND you have 2 straight flush outs in case he has A hi flush or shitty boat that doesn't checkraise
he can also call on the turn with a bare 9
betting turn can also allow another street of small value vs especially stationy opponents
there's no reason to check back turn and play guessing games on river

when he chk/call the flop i exclude all 2p or set from his range , i thought theres not reason to slow play here
so maybe he got flush draw or stright draw chk/call the flop
so i pot it / fold is standard ? or we bet like 1/2-2/3 pot induce worse flush or bare 9 call here

I wouldn't exclude 2p from his flop calling range because lots of passive players at micros wouldn't raise them, and it's also incorrect vs most people to raise on this board without something else to go with it so even a competent reg may not do it
I'd bet 2/3 turn and then slightly less than 1/2 on the river too if the villain is super call station
