No I don't think so. Betting into two people will almost never get a fold here and there aren't really a whole lot of turns your going to be comfortable bluffing on.

getting flat called on that board should make alarm bells go off in your head. i don't like the c-bet on the flop with the hand you have. it will be very difficult to steal out of position with just Q's and some kind of miracle redraw.

if you would have chosen a different line, like check/flop, check/turn, then you totally could have stolen it on the river for sure.
