hrm i think you can get away from this
i know Keli does a lot of non-standard things pf, but if i remember correctly he's much more likely to min-raise some shit hand from early position instead of limping. i'd be very tempted to shove over his 3bet too, but i think he's pretty predictable in this spot and always has AK/QQ+.

i could be remembering incorrectly, though
