i'd be betting flop when checked to us, we have one of few draws that exist along with the backdoor and overcard which we can expect to be good

as played i think call or fold are both ok, depending on your read

i lean towards a fold, cause its hard for him to have air given that he check/called turn, so he'd have to be turning like 66 into a bluff

this looks like an easy fold on the river, you are supposedly capped but first he has to realize it then he has to bluff like this (donk small/shove) with spades while you still could have some boats and all straights
the kind of person to really overplay 5x on the river should exist @ these stakes though, if it's too frequent in your experience then I agree don't fold
