iam always very, very suspicious when they check the turn but then instantly shove the river (at these limits).
it basically tells you: villain was hoping you would bet the turn so he could reraise and increase the pot but since u just checked, he missed alot of value. he just insta ships.
if it was something different at the river it would be a easy decision, with this river he could also have AK or shit but basically (as explained) the insta ship moves is an effect that occurs due to you not betting (as he hoped) the street before.
You have to go back to the turn and pretend he bet massively there: would you have floded? i think so! |

I don't know what punix was getting at tbh. Shit like this happens so rarely, I think it's sorry of silly to try to figure out 'what it means'.

We didn't even have top pair. Now we 2nd top set on the river. There's a huge difference between the turn and the river. Yes, one card can make that big of a difference. |
