one could say villian has a lot of "heart"

zing!

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

its probly a marginally winning play at these stakes. just barely tho as long as they play NFD really dumb like this guy did.. otherwise u massively overplayed your hand.

my range makes more sense to either lead/lead/lead or to c/c all the way down w/ this one. not thrilled w/ any option in this spot post.

So the right way to play the NFD by Villain would have been to call the 3-bet instead of shoving ? Or was the initial bet also dumb ?

initial bet was fine, but vs this action nfd is a snap fold. sometimes we end up making FTOP mistake when jamie holds KQhh or 89hh but that's just two combos and he has like every combo of sets here which is something like 18? and he has 3 more combos of JTs ... so ... nfd is just crushed by this range.
