Yeah def 4bet bigger. As a rule of thumb I like to always make it AT LEAST 3x when I'm OOP. Since you are 140 bb deep here it should be even bigger.

I'd bet bet bet and get it in if he raises. If he raises the flop I'm singing my favorite tune as I stick it in since I'm 99% sure he'd slowplay quads. A raise probably means he has decided to go with his QQ. It's hard for him to have an ace, only 2 combos of AK and 4 combos of AQ are possible, and he is probably calling at least one street with TT,JJ,QQ (18 combos total).

Just bet bet shove, he's never folding a pair (people never fold a fullhouse even if it's bad relative to the board).

your 4 bet should be something like 3$ at least. That being said if he does call that 4 bet I always bet. There is a lot of players at these limits who are calling with a large range to a smallish 4 bet like that especially when deep.

i dislike your 4 bet sizing pre. just 3x his bet pre and then proceed by putting as much money into the pot as fast as possible.

yeah. villain holds two cards. he totally holds the one other ace left in the deck.

Not only are there 3 aces out, but in a 4bet pot we also have 2 of the kings, reducing AK to 2 combos.
