tough live spot

playing in a fairly loose live game, I'l try to write the hand as clearly as I can:
blinds are 1-2 NIS, with a frequent 5 straddle, and very big raises.

I have JJ UTG+2, two limpers in front of me and I make it 20 to go.
the player to the left of me, who's kinda tight but was seen 3bet a late position opener with 99- makes it 50.
I also saw him 3BET QQ...
two fish call behind and it's back to me.
we both started the hand with approx. 400 NIS in front of us.

what do you do? (4bet, call, fold) and what lines are you taking this hand? (call to play post-flop, call to set mine)

this is an interesting spot to me, and I heard different opinions towards all plays.
