QQ 4 bet or flat IP?

Villain is unknown.
only seen him play 1 hand and he bet, then check-called twice with TPTK.
am I to always 4 bet here? or should I consider flatting and why?

he's 3 betting ur utg, it's usually for value, i'd flat without history.

likeaset if you flat wat is the plan? not criticizing just new and learning. if the board is non ak looks like your gonna try getting your chips in right? if you flat and ak hits, fold or bet/fold to a check right?

or actually if the board is non ak your just calling down bluffcatching?

I usually call down and go broke on safe boards with no reads/stats and consider it a cooler.

i'd raise/call QQ+/AK here

vs. unknown i think flatting works better vs. a potentially wider 3betting range, like CO/BTN vs blinds.

i mean you have queens...
