I believe this is the first sponsored tournament held in Montreal. 500k "expected" prize pool. Satellites running on 888.com and Bodog, however, I dont see any promotion on the 888.com page. Also sponsored by Poker Pro magazine - with rumors of some celebrity poker players.

Buyin 1500$+150

I have learned from poker that being at the table is not a grind, the grind is living and poker is how I pass the time

I am happy they are at least trying to make it bigger over in this area, since they already have big stuff like F1, large tournies should be ez to draw crowds

This poker room (not casino) opened about 6 months ago, and having been there on multiple occasions I would vouch for its optimal quality and safety. The website doesn't do it much justice, however there are pictures posted on the poker rooms facebook page. http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Kahnawake-QC/Four-Aces-Poker/184951646607?ref=ts

The players are generally awful, and the management does a great job tending to each individual persons needs. The only criticism I have is that they've poorly marketed this tournament - Its not even on their website
