braveheart - battle of sterling, torture scene -------> makes me really mad each time i watch it lol
pandora - when he makes his speech, mostly coz of the background music tho, kinda gay but the music in that movie is so refreshing
13th warrior - when the cannibal natives come and they say their viking warrior's prayer
almost famous - ride on the bus then everyone sings "tiny dancer"
i dunno if it's goosebumps or just makes me feel good

Gladiator: (very subtle scene in this movie that I think most ppl miss or maybe I'm paranoid) Maximus is jogclimbing out of the dungeon into the colloseum in Rome. His owner, yells at him, "we men are but shadows and dust Maximus. SHADOWS AND DUST." rewind the movie to the beginning. Maximus says to his calvery before battle, "what we do in this lifetime echoes an eternity"
Maximus doesn't flinch to his owners words or miss a beat. And you can see in the owner's eyes that his mind is changed and he doesn't believe his own words.
The owner pupils dilated and went big and he was feeling goosebumps.
The opposing mentalities of doubt and faith of whether life has any meaning. The old slave owner turned from doubt to faith for a moment. Martin luther kingish.

WTF SICK DISAPPOINTED
i read the first 40 or so goosebumps when i was younger. my favorite was the one where the kid and his brother goes in the mirror and then hes invisible, and at the end of the book he goes in the mirror and then comes out and hes throwing a baseball righty instead of lefty |

Im embarassed to admit I did read a bunch of these and I think I still have some back home. One I remember for only the cover is a family of skeletons having a barbecue, which is a pretty cool cover but the story stunk and wasnt scary at all . |

I still have the first 30-40, probably save them for the kids, they are only a few years off. The show was pretty sick on saturday mornings. My favorite is probably the one with the blob (I know there is like 10 of them) but the one with them magical type writer and the kid is writing the story about the blob that is coming true, but at the end it's the blob writing the story about the kids, which at the time blew my fucking mind |
