Just the preflop play. Villain behind me has a 35% or so 3-bet. Every time I've had KQ, KJ, KT, QJ and bet, I've folded to his 3-bet. The one time I played back with AJs he had AQ. Is it ok to be a bit trappy with an ultra-aggro villain behind me with a monster like KK? (flat 4-bet so I get him to at least call if not shove).

having looked futher:

1 villain has 50bb
you have 80bb
and the guy with a full stack is "ultra-aggro" which at this level, means hes a huge donk who loves to gamb0l.

With this being the case, you can confidently ship PF because:

1: your hand is the nuts
2: short stack will stack off light with underpairs
3: hyper-aggro will call you with random AX combinations and worse

You commit like 15% of your stack pre-flop, then fold like $2 into a $10 pot

The best part of this hand is that i have a reason to use this:

wtf is mig doing in that picture LOL

WHAT IS THIS

MadJukes   United States. Feb 03 2010 05:14. Posts 372

Just a clarification on ultra-aggro:

He likes to be the aggressor, but doesn't like to call. For example, if a flop comes K 10, 3, he'll bet 3 streets if I'm in position and i check flop over to him. However, if I bet, he'll shut down and fold immediately. He was something like 60/50 and I caught him once bluffing 3 streets with air (Q7o)

PPS: I have no idea how to make that sound effect. Teach me please.

Villain has only $2 left and you flat with KK? You really think he's folding to a shove?

The weird thing is I think McCain will win this. Im 100% certain Obama wont be elected and you guys can mark my words - Sheitan

Too many things wrong with this hand to talk about, you need to go back to the basics. "trapping/3 betting OOP/flatting 4bet/not paying attention to stack sizes/whatever else". You just kinda did everything ass backwards here.

bye now

Hm. So my reasoning (that I wanted a huge aggro fish in the pot as well) is kinda dumb? Shoulda just shoved on the 4-better?
