Ew yuck, hate how you played this. For starters, don't raise KQ in the blinds oop vs several limpers. You need to just take your free flop and play from there. As played however, you definitely want to be raising this flop and basically getting it allin asap. Folding on the turn is just "WTF?". He most likely has a worse queen or even a nine.

Edit: ok didn't see there was only the fish limping, so raising preflop is fine.
