Been playing a lot of HU SNGs recently. I was wondering about hand ranges for raising/calling and 3-betting preflop. At the low levels I'm playing at ($10 buyins) not a lot of 3-betting goes on preflop but when I do 3-bet it gets a lot of respect, usually win preflop or able to take a nice pot down with c-bet on flop.

Against an opp who raises 80% of time from SB what kind of hands should I 3-bet?
