Okay squeezing trash like this is not something im very used of doing, i felt like this was a pretty good spot tho. All regs involved in this hand has been raising very much lately trying to play pots with the fish in the big blind. My 3bet% is pretty nitty and i should take it down a decent amount pre. I also try to open up my 3bet % a bit to get more action of my premiums. If you think my preflop play sucks feel free to tell me.

On the flop i believe i bet to small (even tho a little bit over half is my standard but this is a pretty drawy board) ~36-38 is perfect imo. Would also set up for a turnshove a little bit better, as it is now villain has 147 left into a 124 pot. I put him on some mediumstrengt hand as i believe AJ, QQ+ would get it in on flop. so like 99-1010, 109s, J10s-KJs and stuff like that. Question is how much FE do i have against these hands? I have pretty good equity vs everything but should i go for a check hoping he checks behind alot and gives me the free card? If i check and he bets he commits himself with pretty much whatever he bet so ch/r is not an option i believe?

I lean on a shove (preferably with a better flopsizing) if not for anything else for the future since hes a regs and if he calls he will see i play huge shit this way which can never be bad.

well when you play these kind of hands I think the point of it is that its so disguised that when you flop a fd just bet and get it in

also the flop is too small

to live the dream you gotta play the game

The 3bet SQ is too small PF... I find that 26-28 SQ is perfect for a $6 raise and 30-32 is perfect for $7 raise... and if I SQ with hands like this, a flop like that is what you're hoping for. Your range for villain is sound.

TheHuHu4 coming soon :)

I have no problem with getting it in, i just want to get it in the best way, if i dont have any FE at all shoving is not the best way to get it in. And im not sure what hands he calls flop with that he then folds on turn, maybe 99-1010? I dont think he folds a single jack. I agree flop is to small, but not much so, i would never bet a premium hand more than $38 in this spot.

i think given the money put in the pot preflop, instead of what you'd bet in normal HU 3bet pots, you should look to bet flop big and shove turn instead of betting flop small and making future betsizes all awkward.

given that it's a squeezed pot and there's already $60 in there i just bet like 40-45 on flop and jam any turn for ~around about pot

One day good. One day bad. And some days, even hope

if you feel u have no fold equity, then lean towards folding pre or c/f this turn

Do you have any idea how to play poker?

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us and as we let our own lights shine we unconsciously give other people permision to do the same

I really disagree about having no FE, a turn shove should put even his Jx in a semi tough spot. I dont know if we can get away with not shoving the turn and having a stack size on the river that can do anything, I mean I guess you can bet like 50 and shove the river but its awkward as hell and not gonna work unless a Q-A comes and sometimes not even then.

I think Midian's advice is good, and I also think that the "never bet more than 38 w a premium" is not necessarily a good thing since adapting your betsize to your stacksize is nice. Taking Midian's line will make it alot easier for you to play, but I guess if you usually make it 32 you probably shouldn't bet 45.
