is this a bad fold on the bubble?

NOTE: we're on the bubble...1200 ppl left, 990 get paid, and im 700th in chips....i dont care that much about the money but i do care about my tourney life considering i've been playing for like 2.5 hours...this guy has me covered and i dont have any info on him at all, only 5 hands and he hasnt done anything crazy yet....

i was thinking about folding/shipping it in pre i dont know why i called tbh...

if you think its a bad fold please explain why and what you would do instead

also if ud like to know why i folded on the flop its because i was so confused...the first guy committed himself and myself so i was forced to either push or fold, AND there was a guy behind me on not that great a board cuz now AXdd is flipping with me

I mean, if the bubble money doesn't matter to you, you should be more likely to ship pre (I would) because there's no use puttering around in a giant tourney for a few more hours to just mincash or a little more. Go for the gold.

WTF pretty much butchered this hand. 4bet this preflop heavily. As played this is such an easy shove. How can u possibly fold this flop after calling a 3bet with qq, it's like a perfect flop for you.

Should prob be shoving this all in preflop va his gay weak minraise.

im talking about the flop play......im not the first person to act on the flop......................and when i said committed on the flop i meant after his bet...i cant just call because i would be committed....im either all in or folding...

also this isnt a 'perfect flop' for me....AXdd is flipping with me here and an overpair kills me....either way i was confused thats why i folded...i thought it was a very weird hand 3way and decided to just let it go and wait for a better spot

So fuck if he has Axdd you still have the edge. You should Never call this on the flop. Shove or fold. Calling is worst thing ever. Tourneys is all about flipping and you have an edge. Any tiny edge you can get you have to take

ummm no i dont have the edge against AXdd....it actually has the edge on me cuz of the sd that adds more outs...stove it and you'll see...also i know calling is the worst thign ever, i would never call that flop bet its either all in or fold as i stated above

Im not trying to sound like a dick commenting on your threads but this is an even more horrible play then your TT hand. And umm probably the first thing i learned from tournaments is that your $ hourly doesnt matter at all, it's all about ROI and folding here is sooooooo -EV and just going to decrease your ROI.

wowowowowowow i didnt even see that someone else limped in...yeah 4-bet pre and get it in. ALWAYS. you just managed to turn QQ into a -EV hand by playing it this way.

I wouldn't consider you on the bubble. You had a flatter and then a minraiser, I 4bet ship it in preflop with your 30x stack. If you flat you get the first flatter to come along too 3-way to the flop. As played, shove over the raise. Your hand is to underrepped at that point with so many hands you crush.

oh and btw if he did have Axdd, he is waaaaaaay more likely going to check raise you all in with a FD, and not make this lead bet.
