Hand 1

I think you asking for problems by limping with these hands early on. Anyway, as played you have to fold imo. He can be limping with any Ace here and you are so screwed. His overbet screams strength. Player would have to be a complete idiot to bluff this river. He also could have a 7 and you are calling for a split pot, which is equally shit. Save chips here, as you have loads, and let this one go, it has only cost you 3.5bbs.

Hand 2

Again stop limping with shitty hands like this. You are going to find yourself making really tough decisions when you really shouldn't be. Also why the hell are you raising this flop when there are 4 players in it and diamonds on board. This is suicidal. Your hand is shit. Flat flop and evaluate turn.

I am a degen. Do not believe in any of my advice.

Id fold both..... but man you should definitely tighten up a bit. Ur limping some pretty weak hands.. I guess the 1st one you could raise if you wanted to play agg but limping is just asking for tough spots. 2nd hand is a instamuck though -_-

Just because you have over 100 M, does not mean you should limp every pot oop with utter trash.

Well since ur not asking for advice on ur play pre...and only asking whether u shoulda called on the river...

Hand 1: I think is a good fold. If i was just sitting there randomly and not paying attention I might just instacall because whatever...just going on feeling, but thinking about it a bit further, he prolly has that ace, at least I woulda played an ace like that.

Hand 2: feels like a missed draw to me...I actually like ur raise there...gives u some information on what people have...generally I wouldn't put the original better on much because of the way he's played the hand...I say u call here...

You see...whenever I start feeling sick...I just stop being sick...and be awesome instead...true story...

First hand u should bet the river every time and fold to raise.

Raise or fold both hands pre

biabiaflexer   Canada. Dec 25 2009 16:56. Posts 244

hand 1 i folded to the river overbet because i felt like i was beat

hand 2 i felt was an easy call on the river because i counterfit all 9x except K9 and A9, and i really did not put him on the 6, and all draws missed soo...

well so first hand is an extremely obvious fold.

2nd one i'm more inclined to call since every single draw imaginable has bricked.

listen to the advice in this forum too. You're prob spewing hard preflop.

Hand one, snap fold. Hand two, flop is OK but I think I generally call. On turn, betting here is best for two reasons. It makes it very difficult to draw for him, and it acts as a blocking bet to get to the river. You're betting so that he can't take the lead on the river and move you off your hand. I'd probably look him up on the river because he basically cant have a king here, rarely calls a flop raise with a dry six, and probably wont be value betting A9. So call but don't feel great.
