yea you'll get it in vs worse crap a ton and it's really few hands that beats you. Nothing good can come of just calling here, to many scare cards and crappy cards. |

If this is his 1st 4-bet it makes things kind of tricky. I mean after 540 hands that means he's passed on 4-betting (or hasn't had the opportunity to do so) with AAxx/KKxx earlier in the match.
I think the line I prefer is to flat the flop and bluff any turn completion - given the information you gave us.

I'd min~ 5bet-call preflop and ship any connecting flop here. You can flat but you're going to have a real hard time dealing with diamonds or nines; it would help if you knew how he plays hands like 89TJ and two pair hands in comparison to AAxx type of hands preflop.
I'd probably minraise~-shipit/minraise and push any non diamond turn if called.
IMHO PLO is a lot about stack/pot ratio during different decisions, it's something players don't think about enough.
This is so read dependant here that it's hard to give sound advice for the specific situation. |

This is very important. Our SPR is about 5 on the flop so there is decent play here. I think flatting is ok with shoving non diamond turn. Even our opponent is a tight 4 bettor I would find it hard to fold here given that the chances that he has us killed with a set isn't too high and we are doing very well against AA or a worse rundown hand. |

i'd be more inclined to flat here in position. but in this spot it's hard to imagine playing this hand that doesn't involve the ram and jam. |

Definitely go with it. You have top 2, a gutshot (+blockers for his possible wrap) and a backdoor flush draw. Your hand is definitely strong enough here and you're up against AA a lot which you are a pretty big favourite against.
He's also just gonna have a lot of crap that he'll just fold (T986ds and that kinda stuff). |
